2. Product
Lodone is a WordPress software and service solution for website consent controls, security, backups, monitoring, performance and assisted SEO workflows. Features may evolve as the product is maintained.
3. Licence scope
Unless agreed otherwise, one purchased licence may be activated on one website domain. The licence may not be resold, shared across unrelated domains or used to bypass technical usage limits.
4. Plans and billing
Monthly and annual plans renew for their respective billing periods unless cancelled before renewal. A lifetime plan is a one-time licence for the stated product scope and one domain. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before payment.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate order, contact and domain information.
- Keep account credentials secure.
- Maintain lawful website content, policies and processing activities.
- Review suggested changes before applying them where the product provides a review step.
- Maintain reasonable independent safeguards for business-critical data.
6. No legal or ranking guarantee
Lodone provides technical tools and guidance. It does not provide legal advice, guarantee regulatory compliance, guarantee uninterrupted operation or guarantee a specific search ranking, traffic level or performance score.
7. Support and updates
Support and product updates are provided according to the purchased plan and reasonable service availability. We may make changes needed for security, compatibility and product improvement.
8. Suspension
Access may be suspended for material misuse, security threats, non-payment or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect losses, lost profits and losses caused by third-party systems or customer configuration are excluded. Mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
