1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date. The request must be sent from the email address used for the order.
2. How to request a refund
Email labas@kodasverslui.lt with your order reference and the domain assigned to the licence. We may ask for limited information needed to locate and verify the order.
3. Licence deactivation
When a refund is approved, the related licence and access to paid functionality may be deactivated. A refunded lifetime licence does not remain active.
4. Renewals
The 30-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase. Renewal payments should be cancelled before the renewal date. Where mandatory consumer law provides additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time needed for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
